I/DD MEDICAID WAIVER ASSISTANCE

Residential Habilitation

Focused on aiding individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) in developing and maintaining daily living skills within a residential setting, including personal care, social skills, and community integration.

Personal Assistance/Habilitation

Provides one-on-one support to individuals with I/DD, assisting with daily activities and fostering independence.
